What is Covered

  • Electrical Safety: Full coverage on control boards and wiring.
  • Labor & Parts: No hidden service fees for valid claims.
  • Replacement: If we can't fix it, we swap it for a similar model.

Not Covered

  • User negligence or overloading the machine.
  • Physical damage caused after delivery (dents, scratches).
  • Blockages caused by coins, hairpins, or foreign objects.
  • Commercial use (unless specified otherwise).

How to Make a Claim

Contact Quality Used Appliances

Call or WhatsApp us with your receipt number and a photo of the issue.

Phone Diagnostic

We'll try to troubleshoot over the phone to save you time.

Repair or Swap

We will send a technician or arrange a replacement within 48 hours.

Note: This warranty is provided by Quality Used Appliances and is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Warranty is non-transferable.
