Do you deliver and install?

Yes! We offer local delivery within a 30km radius of our workshop. For a small flat fee, we don't just drop it at the door—we help bring it inside and can assist with basic installation to existing plumbing connections.

What brands do you usually stock?

We focus on high-reliability brands like Samsung, LG, Bosch, Fisher & Paykel, and Miele. These brands are built to last and have readily available parts if a repair is ever needed in the future.

Will my machine be clean inside?

Absolutely. Every machine undergoes a deep sanitization process. We strip the drums, clean the pumps, and remove all biological residue or odors. Your "new" machine will be fresh and ready for immediate use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, and Credit Card payments at our showroom. For deliveries, we can accept Bank Transfer or mobile card payments upon arrival.

What happens if the machine breaks during warranty?

Simply call us. If the issue is covered under our Gold Standard Warranty, we will either send a technician to your home to fix it or swap the unit for an equivalent model immediately.
